It’s been a looooong time between drinks when it comes to me and branding, so when my friend Kerby Craig owner of hatted Japanese restaurant Ume came to me and asked if I could rebrand the fine dining restaurant as it was becoming a new Japanese burger shop at Barangaroo, I got the help of branding master Aaron Kuswara to help me facelift the brand.
